Privacy at Koreaful

What these forms collect

Koreaful collects the details you choose to submit: saved guide links, requested pocket plans, broad interests, travel month, language, optional budget, and contact information. Creator and business forms also collect the channel or website and profile details you provide. Please do not submit medical records, health photos, passport information, or other sensitive details.

Pocket plan downloads

When you request our planning pack, we collect your email, selected route, optional visit month and preferred language to register your request and make the PDF available here with a private return link. Route selections also identify broad travel interests. The pack is in English. No email is automatically sent, and your email is not verified. Promotional updates are optional and separately selected.

Why we collect it

We use it to save your list, process your enquiry, or maintain the creator interest list you request. Promotional and opportunity updates require your separate opt-in. Signing up is not a booking, campaign acceptance, or agreement to send your details to a clinic or business.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in Koreaful’s WordPress database and are accessible to authorised site administrators. Authorised operators may also manage a copy in a private Google Sheets workbook. Access is restricted to the operating team; the workbook is not published or automatically shared with partners. Withdrawn or expired records are removed from the managed workbook at the next successful synchronisation. Saved guides also stay in your browser’s local storage until you remove them or clear browser data. A private link can restore your saved guides and remove its associated submission; anyone with that link can use it, so keep it private.

Retention and your choices

These form records are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. Use the private management link shown after submission to delete the record and withdraw its update consent at any time. You can also contact Koreaful below. Removing a server record does not automatically clear a list already saved on a device; you can remove those items in My Korea List.

Sharing and partners

These forms do not automatically distribute your contact information to partners. Any future introduction that involves sharing your information will explain who receives it and why, with the appropriate choices before proceeding.

Site analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and feature use. When you submit a form, we also store the landing page, referring website domain, and campaign labels (when present) to understand which content brought the request. Search terms and full referring URLs are not collected by these forms. Form contact details and free-text entries are not included in the feature events added by My Korea List. Your browser or privacy tools may limit analytics.
